'92 Ford Tempo GL Sound System

I just have a question that I can't seem to figure out. Would anyone happen to know what the wattage power per speaker of the original sound system be?

It is in fact my first car, but not so much as new. It was my grandma's old car and its a 1 owner (up untill I got to it). She always listened to those christian talk shows, and I cant stand them myself.

I dont really like the sound quality too much. Im not sure if its just the speakers or the radio, but i've got this jvc cd/radio that ive got sitting in the trunk and basically it sucks (my cousin gave it to me).

All in all, I would really like some more bass, and better quality.

If I got new speakers and a new radio/etc. Would I have to re-run all the speaker wiring?
