Electrical problem
1994 Ford Tempo 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic ??? miles

Owner came out from local store and head lights would not come on. All other lights and dash lights work.

A retired mechanic thought it may be the pull-type dash lamp switch without looking at it. What are my options and what do you think i need to do?
