1994 Ford Tempo harmonic balancer broke

Yes I have a '94 ford tempo gl 4 cly. And my harmonic balancer broke in two seperate locations
1st the rubbermonting on the inside cover broke.
2nd the insert where it goes in to the drive shaft

How would I come to get out the peace of the harmonic balancer from the drive shaft.

there is about 1/4 - 1/2 inch's sticking out of the driveshaft

Check with the parts store or rental place and get a vibration damper pulley
