My tempo just got a new radiator fan. It goes on when the engine is on and stays on the switch for the fan was switched with the other tempo. Because it was new. The thermostat is working because on the thruways the engine stays cool. It also stays cool as long as I dont have any stop signs. When the fan is unpluged. When the fan is pluged in it is wsually on I bought a new fan the parts store said if the fan is on while in cold loop that is bad and it will burn up the new fan. It burned up 2 junk yard fans in 6 months already. I know their is a relay box on my shock tower.
please help im stuck
thank you

You could try doing a search of this tempo forum for radiator fan and see what turns up! My grandaughters fan comes on early but so far no burnout. You could put a manual switch on it and watch your temp guage?

Tell me if I am wrong but what control that fan or what tell it to turn on or off is in the ccrm under the hood on the shock tower on driver side?

Could one of those 3 modules be dead?
