I put in a new battery, starter, and a starter solenoid in my car and it still wont start whyis that.

Do you mean it doesn't crank the engine over or it cranks over but refuses to start.

All it do is make a clicking sound or crank the engine.

Double check the battery connection and at the starter-if okay start testing the ignition switch/park and neutral switch/starter relay/
