about 2 wks ago, out of the blue car would not start, just topped the tank off from the earlier that day when i filled it up. following day, car started each time i tried to start it, so i had it towed home. at that time it would not start and for the next few days, it would start only 1 try per day. plugs were checked and gave spark, distributor checked and was fine, fuel pumped was replaced several years ago, minor things such as battery were checked and fine. anyways, siften out gas to bring to under 1/4 of a tank. next day had someone come by to test fuel pump, and low and behold he couldnt cause car has started everytime since. is it really probable that i got bad gas ? (gas brought at same place for many years)if so what to do now? and if not what else could it be? yes it still starts, scared to drive it
