my 88 tempo drifts from side to side while at speed of 30 and above. its like it turns itself a little bit while going strait. can you help with some possibilities

Tire belt seperation, worn tie rods, worn ball joints, worn lower control arm bushings, worn rack and pinion gears

how do i remove the rack and pinion? deos it remove threw the wheel weels or out the bottom?

Kinda both move gear out pass side wheel apron when left tie rod end clears shift linkage lower left down and out.
