Cylinder cracked, radiator no good etc.

97 Taurus LX 145,000 miles with a radiator that needs replacing and a cracked cylinder according to diagnostic report.

Just put car on the road 8/31/07, bought from my neighbor who pretty much "got me". He said I would need to replace the Catalytic Converter which showed no issue when I got the diagnostic report back.

Should I resell for a very low price i.E. $500 no more than $600 ( I payed $900), or should I junk it all together? The exterior and interior are impecable.

Why not try, as long as your upfront with the buyer, you may get more than junk value. There is always E-bay. Or craigslist.
