2004 Ford Taurus A leak behind my glove compartment

I have water, only when it rains, coming out down below my glove compartment box. It is not a small leak either. It rain pretty hard here on Sunday and it flooded the passenger side floor board. Can this be a crack in the frame somewhere or could it be my heater core. My heat works fine, and so does my airconditoner. I am cluless and a little tight on money and would hate to take it into the shop for something I could fix, Can you please help????
