I blew the engine in March 07. Had it replaced wih a used one($1250.00). Periodically the car would just lose all power while driving and not start back up. I found out the mechanic that installed the used motor failed to install the main wire harness correctly. This resulted in Ford replacing it and installing the brand new wire harness in August 07 ($1800.00). After about 2 weeks periodically the vehicle will not start. All the electrical works which it did not before the new harness when key is on but nothing on the attempt to crank. Sometimes if I go back out after awhile it will crank no problem. I have had it towed and as soon as it came off the truck it cranked right up. Mechanic put the computer thing on it and said it might be the starter but can not be sure, altough he knows the starter is getting power.
