Ford Taurus 2001 car is making chirping sound after driving though rain water. This noise is more noticeable when car moves with good speed. It has got 140,000 miles on it. I observed that, this noise is from right side front corner of the car. Except that noise, car is moving smoothly on the road. I am unable to identify the problem. Please help me to figure out the problem. Thanks.
Sincerely,

start car move the steering wheel slowly left to right

if you do, check and suspect ball joints and or outer tie rod end
if not remove tire and check brakes
