1999 Ford Taurus Brake Light Indication Panel

When I apply brakes, esspecially driving on slow speed, the brake light indication will apear on front desk panel for a moment. Is it beacuse of brake pad wear? I have changed all pads 2 years before.

Your recommendations are highly appreaciated.

I would check fluid in the master cylinder and if low
have your brakes checked
you maybe due for a brake job

need manual CHECK IT @
