Electrical problem
1998 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 190000 miles

Tested battery. Tested good. Cleaned terminals. All lights come on, stereo plays but turn ignition switch on and it does nothing. Had been working just fine up till a day ago. Parked it, then the next time I got in it to go somewhere, it won't start. Does not click or anything. Could it be a fuse or some type of relay switch?

It could be a fuse, relay, or the starter. Start by checking the maxi-fuses in the power distribution box under the hood. Next, check for power at the starter relay. If all checks good, then it is most likely the starter.
