YOU CAN BE DRIVING YOUR CAR OR HAVE IN PARK SITTING STILL AND MASH THE GAS PEDAL AND SAY TAKE THE SPEED UP TO 40 MPH AND THEN TAKE YOU FOOT OFF THE GAS COMPLETELY AND THE SPEED WILL NOT COME DOWN ANY. YOU HAVE TO HIT YOUR BRAKES TO MAKE IT SLOW DOWN. ALSO WHEN YOU PUT IT REVERSE IT IT JERKS AND SHAKES REALLY BAD ITS LIKE IT HAS A MISS TO IT BUT IT HAS NEW PLUGS AND WIRES. SO PLZ I HOPE YOU CAN HELP. DONT HAVE ALOT OF MONEY TO PUT IN SHOP. THANKS

Hi kandy, this could be a couple things. First check all vacum hoses make sure none are leaking.2nd. Remove breather tube from your throttle body clean throttle and throttle plates with carb cleaner. ENG SHUT OFF. On the top of the eng you will find a fuel pressure regulator. It looks like a cone with a vacum hose hooked to it remove the hose do you have gas insie this hose? If yes regulator is bad. Another thing that will cause this prob is o rings on the fuel injectors. They go bad and cause fuel to leak into the cyl. Hope this helps if I can be of anymore help please write back. PLEASE VOTE WE NEED YOUR HELP. BILLYMAC
