Dear Car Repair Forum Mechanics:
Starting about 10 days ago, when I stopped for a light, my car will not engage again for a couple of seconds, then it will, when the car was "warm" it did not happen again, however, it only happened in forward not in reverse. When I get this problem, I switch gears to reverse and back to forward and the car will engage. Please if you can tell what could be wrong and what might be the repair nneded and approximate cost
