I am continually having problems rolling windows up or down. If I mess around with them long enough they work when they feel like it. Today the drivers side will not operate. Im sick of waiting 10 -20 min to get windows to work. Can you give me a list of checks I can make to resolve my problem?

If the motor work but you have to fiddle with the switch to get them to work
I would say check and or replace the switch

Oh, so it can be electrical, I will check out the wiring harness hopefully that is the problem cuz it sounds like an easy fix, will tightening the wire harness take care of my messed up automatic locks too?
