1997 Ford Taurus car shakes

My car begins to shake at 70MPH and stops around 80. And when I stop the car jerks sometimes.

check and balance tires

Its not like my tires its like the car itself starts shaking like it doesnt want to go of its too much

Do you get a check engine light on
if so do a code check
check it for tune up
check fuel pressure and fuel flow
