The car is a 1996 ford taurus station wagon with a UI for the vin number. The problem is the car has no heat. I hear a rattling sound behind the dashboard. How do I deterrmine if the heater box doors are opening and closing without taking the dashbord out. Does the car have a heater control valve. I cannot find a listing for one at the online part stores.
