1996 Ford Taurus Compressor not kicking in

I have read the other discussion on this issue; However, I don't have power to the purple wire. Where could the fuse or relays be located?

Constant control relay module is located behind left headlight lamp
check AC cycle pressure switch at right front of engine compartment
fuse # 13 and 6 under driver side fuse panel
check and make sure system full

Thank you for your response, I have now found out the system is leaking. From the compressor and a hose is where its leaking. 900 dollars, Uh I don't think so. Time for new car. :)
