1995 Ford Taurus not sure what it is

Noises problem
1995 Ford Taurus 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 193 K miles

Hi,

My car makes a sound just like the toothbrush at the dentist's office-very high-pitched and continuous-it comes from the right front side of the car and happens when I am moving forward but not necessarily accelerating.

Any ideas about what might be causing it?
