1995 Ford Taurus Losing Coolant in Cold Weather

Is it normal to lose coolant in really cold weather? I just had my rad, water pump and rad hose replaced and everything was fine until the cold snap (about -31 for 5 days straight). Then I notice I lost coolant and had to fill up again.

They might not have gotten all of the leaks.I dont think the cold can make it leak
