Electrical problem
1995 Ford Taurus 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 100,000miles

CAR WONT START IF RAINING. IT TURNS OVER AND EVERYTHING. IF NOT RAINING IT WILL START AND YOU CAN DRIVE NO PROBLEMS. SOMEONE SAID IT COULD BE OXYGEN SENORS. I DONT BELIEVE THAT. WHAT COULD THIS BE?

It is more then likely electrical related.

With the engine running on a dry day and kinda warm try and get the vehicle somewhere dark such as a garage and spray around under the hood slowly with a spray bottle filled with salt water mixture.

You shoudl see the electricity arc through the mixture when you find whats wrong or the vehicle will start to hesistate and run rough when a certain componentn is sprayed, that one is the problem

Cant really tell you how to fix or what to fix untill you tell me what component is freaking out or what signs are displayed when your spraying around.

I coudl tell you a few that are probably causing the problem, but why waste the money on a few when we can narrow it down to one?
