Have you checked wiring for damage that could cause a short? Also, how long does it take for the fuse to blow?

One last question, by acc, do you mean accelleration or accessory position on the switch?

Make sure the tack wire isnt grounded out someplace, could be in a wiring harness that moves with the movement of your engine during acceleration.
