1994 Ford Taurus Rear Brake replacement and assembly

I got new rear rotor's, new pads and I cannot seem to get the lower caliper mounting bolt into place because the emergency/parking brake cable is in the way. How do I get that bottom bolt in?

According to ford, you have to remove the E cable before proceeding good luck Raise and support vehicle. Remove rear wheels. Disconnect and plug brake hose from caliper. Remove parking brake cable retaining clip from brake caliper. Disconnect parking brake cable. Using an open-end wrench, hold slider pin and remove slider pin pinch bolt. Lift caliper assembly away from anchor plate. Remove slider pins and boots from anchor plate. Remove brake pads and anti-rattle springs
