I was driving and I smelled the brakes burning. When I stopped and tried backing up it made a grinding sound on the back right wheel and was very hot and you could smell the brakes burning. We think it may be the caliper. However, we don't know how to change it if that is whats wrong. We will take any suggestions at this point. Thank you

my suggestion is to buy what they call, a loaded caliper, it comes with the brake pads already installed. all you have to do is remove the 2 big bolts holding on the bracket and swap over the e brake cable and reassemble.

first of all you need to jack up the vehicle and see if the w2heel is frozen. if it is then loosen up the bleeder screw and see if it frees up, if it does then you have a bad brake hose, if it doesnt then replace the caliper
