1993 Ford Taurus Turn Signal/Brake Lights stopped working

1993 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 124000 miles
Took vehicle for oil change and multipoint inspection. Garage found emergency flasher, turn signals and brake lights non-functional. Have checked fuses for associated functions - all okay. Where do I look next?

3rd brake light working ??!!
suspect flasher
and multifunction switch
need manual CHECK IT @
