why my sho is mixing gas with oil

The two most common reasons for this would be the fuel injectors or the fuel pressure regulator.

Is the vehicle smoking out the exhaust? If so, this could indicate that excessive cylinder wall or piston ring damage may have occured due to the oil being mixed with gas.
