1992 Ford Taurus 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

After the car warms up while driving the windshield fogs up so bad and you can smell antifreeze coming out of the vents.

Your heater core seems to be faulty. The foggy film on the windshield that you speak of is the coolant coming through the vents. The heater core is usually a cheap part. The labor is very expensive though. Costs range from $200 to $500 depending on location and vehicle. If you feel like you can tackle this on by yourself, I can give you some instructions on doing so.
