1992 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 85000 miles

i bought a relay flasher and i cant figure out where it goes. i looked under my steering column and beside my fuse box. no luck. can you please help me?

I believe, not 100%, that it's located on a small panel, along with a couple other pieces, behind the lower trim panel, under the steering column.. four torx screws to remove the panel, may be up above the gas pedal on a support bracket.. I believe the wiper motor governor may also be located there.
