I used to be able to start the car by wiggling the wires now it wont start at all, I replaced the solenoid and still have the same problem.I have to touch the bolts together with a screw driver to get it to start.
Do you

Hello,

Which wire did you wiggle? If it was the smaller one then you may have broken the wires inside the casing and you will need to fix it.

We wiggled the wire that hooked to the top bolt it was blue with red lines. Now you have to take a screw driver and touch both bolts to get it to start. We already replaced the sloenoid

Ok, you will need to test that wire for power. You will need a Test Light. To check for power clip the one end of the test light to a good ground. Then touch the other end to the wire and have someone try starting the car. The light should be nice and bright while cranking engine. If not using the sharp point on the test light pierce the wire about an 1" or 2" back and crank engine if light lights then wire will need to be repaired.
