plenty of fuel. plenty of spark. low compression. misfire on number 4,5,6. runs good cold until it warms up.

If all the cylinders on that bank have low compression. I would do a wet compression test. This is done by adding a small amount of oil into the cylinders with low compression. If the compression goes up then you have a piston to bore issue. If it stays the same you may have a valve sealing issue.
