I took my car in to get it smogged and it failed. It said that cylinders 3 and 6 are misfiring. I already changed all the spark plugs and got an oil change. And now everytime I come to a stop it hesitates to go and it shakes alot. Whats wrong with it?

Misfirings can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
