Transmission problem
2002 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i was driving on the highway and the truck rpm goes up and no go, so I pulled over and it was leaking from what I thought was the lpan seal so without checking it to make shure I replaced the filter and the seal. Took it out and kept checking it and after a while of driving it had a littlle leak out of the front of the bellhousing and also I noticed some on the hood liner and the driverside wheelwell. But I checked every line up front and they are all good, tight and dry. The truck as always had a rough shift as well. If u could help me on this I wouldk appericate it so much. Truck is a 3.0 transmission code is D

Sounds like to me its time to change the filter you are building internal pressure so the fluid is not flowing properly and probably blowing out the top of the transmission. Try to check the top of the transmission, you should see transmission fluid fairly easy especially on the underneath of the truck if so change the filter. Hope this helps.
