I recently had my mechanic friend replace my spark plugs. The replacement went ok and he suggested I replace my plug wires as well. I didn't purchase new wires until about two weeks later, at which point I replaced them. After swapping out the cables, I felt the engine very rough and shaky and my mileage drastically went down. I had him check out the cables and two of them were in the wrong position. He swapped them and now they are in the right order, however, now my truck stalls or has rough idle when stopped. What could be wrong?
