Oil and smoke are coming out of the dipstick hole. I have replaced the PCV valve and checked the hoses. There are no leaks evident. Engine seems to be running good. Also noticed oil in the exhaust pipe.

At 200,00 mls this engine is getting a bit tired, this is blow by from the combustion chambers entering the sump through worn or broken rings, no to much you can do apart from a re build.
