1997 Ford Ranger rough ideling, lack of power, white smoke

1997 Ford Ranger 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual
I ran out of gas and mixed vodka and an energy drink for fuel to make it home. shortly after that my truck started ideling rough, it has a lack of power, and white smoke will come from the exhaust for about ten to fifteen min. after being started. what do you think is wrong and how can I fix this

I have to be honest. That is the first time I ever heard of that, Vodka and Energy Drink. I can't believe it ran. However, based on the white smoke, something tells me you have a bad head gasket. Is the vehicle using coolant?
