1996 Ford Ranger starter wont turn

i just installed brand new:deep cycle batt,starter,alt,batt.,&alt cables.all fuseable links replaced though none burnt. also checked all fuses in cab and in engine bay none burnt...heres the problem: dash still shows low batt. light and i cant get the starter to turn when i turn the key. it however does turn when i "jumped" the starter.the starter also turns when i kick start and check to see if theres power getting sent to it by turning the key while the truck is running..geuss what ...it turns. im gonna loose it on this thing soon PLEASE IM BEGGING FOR ANY HELP.

Sir please don't lose it we have experts in here that can get you back on the road-all you have to do is pay close attention and do exactly what they recommend Have you tested the starter relay? Okay remove the Red and Light blue wire connector from the starter relay-Now hold key at cranking position do you have battery voltage to the red and light blue connector at the starter relay-No power at the connector-look for power at the transmisssion range sensor left side of transmission Pink wire-none there check fuse no. 24 10 amp also see EWD below
