Battery went low and need to be charged
power steering all over the engine that because of when turning the steering with engine of tank get over filed and no where for the fluid to go put up and every where
check and add fluid as needed after engine start

for the no start
check timing belt and make sure it didn’t brake or skipped few teeth
check for fuel pressure
check for spark

i was told from 3 different people that it could be the battery but its not i bought a new one yesterday and i instaled it last night and it still wont try to turn over. when i turn the key the fuel pump does its thing then when i turn it to start it all it does is there is a click only one and it sounds like its coming from the sylinoyd thats attatched to the right body work of the wheel well.

Move on to checking the starter now you know the battery is good and fully charged
and check if the engine locked up due to internal failure
try to rotate the engine by placing a socket and wrench on the crank pulley center bolt
