Thanks in advance for any suggestions given! Due to the cost and high milage I cannot afford to take this to a repair shop my only other option is to drive it until it stops.
The water pump went out while driving. Replaced it and noticed harline crack in the radiator. Replaced the radiator all hoses and termostat as well. There is no white smoke from exhaust or water in the oil. Water continues to blow from overfill only when driving. It does not over heat but on long drives will move between the R and M in normal on the temp gauge. Only other symptoms are a rough idle, brown sludge on radiator cap and in overfill. I decided to do a compression test with these results.
Cylinder #1 120 Cylinder #4 120
Cylinder #2 150 Cylinder #5 150
Cylinder #3 160 Cylinder #6 160

This gives me a 25% difference but found it strange it is exactly the same on both heads in adjacent cylinders. Are both head gaskets blown? Any Suggestions?

Thank you for your quick response. I have tried bleeding the air out several times while parked on in inlcine and running the truck with the heater on and off for an hour. The radiator is new so it should not be clogged and both heather hoses will get hot so i do not believe it is clogged.

I retested the cooling system cold and after a 3 block drive. Both times it held 14 psi for ten minutes.
Thanks
