Traveling at high speed, over 60 mph for more then 30 minutes, when depressing the clutch the pedal goes to the floor. There is no resistance in the pedal.
After waiting 15-20 minutes, the clutch resistance returns and I am able to shift into gear.
This issue has occured twice, both under the same traveling conditions. Why is this occuring?

Hi there,

I would be looking for a leak at the clutch master or slave cylinder, is the clutch fluid low? Check this out first.

The clutch fluid appears to be full. There is a spot of fluid on my garage floor. If the clutch master was leaking, wouldn't the clutch reservoir need filling?

Hi there,
You would have to refill if it was leaking, so I would be checking for a master cylinder that is by-passing fluid internally, to do this have the engine running in gear with the clutch down, if the car wants to start to move of the hydraulics are leaking, try this, it may taks a moment or two to get a result.
