1992 Ford Ranger ac not blowing cold air

i put on a new compressor and accumulator flushed the system and when i put in the r-134a i didnt even get one 12 oz can in and it was over pressured and i still dont have any cold air

Did you replace the orifice tube, too?

When you turn the AC on do you hear the clutch engage the compressor. If so could be the air blend door stuck in the heat position
