Engine Mechanical problem
1990 Ford Ranger Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Ok hope someone here can give me some ideas.
I picked up a 1990 ranger 4x4 with a 4.0 this thing starts hard and then it will idle good but when I put it in gear it will run good and then I go about a block and it starts to lose power and it chugs then dies then it is almost imposable to start again when it does start it takes some time to get it to rap up.
I can then drive home again about a block and it starts stalling again.
I have changed the fuel pump relay, fuel pump, PVC, Ignition Control Module, PVC valve and Fuel filter
i have no engine codes

Next time it stalls out do below immediately don't wait for nothing. To do this you need shotgun rider

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine atleast 3/16 away from ground-have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
