fender mounted solenoid - cleaned cable
connections(grounds) - new battery with clean
tight terminals

Hi JD,

Check for power at the Small Wire Marked with an "I" on the Relay Solenoid you replaced, while someone tries starting. If no power check Ignition Switch.
