Restarting my car after 18 months of storage

I have a 1995 Ford Probe GT 24 Valve 150K mileage (Rebuilt engine 2005). I'm about to return to the US after 18 months overseas. The battery was disconnected, before I left. Are there any precautions I should take prior to starting the engine?

1.Check the radiator make sure it up to the level
2. " " Oil level
3.Tranny fluid level
4.Power steering pump level
5.Brake master cylinder level

Now fire it up stay inside the vehicle and observe the idiot lites whether it would popped up-No lites run it for 20 mins. Lites On shut it down and inspect the trouble area. continue the 20mins run.

Now you have to decide whether you want to change the oil and coolant. If it was me I'll change it.
