Front End bottoms out 97 T-Bird

On a '97 T-Bird, the front end of the car body will scrape the road while driving when it hits a dip in the road. When you check push down on the front end when it's at a stand still, it doesn't bounce but returns to a normal position.

Do the struts or the springs need replacing?

Thanks

Yep. The tires are pretty new (6 months) and I checked the inflation - so tires all good. They are the same size that came with the car.

Consult a steering and suspension tech. Yes it sounds like the springs and the struts are gone if the car is bottoming out
