1998 Other Ford Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 95,000 miles

my car needs a jump to start it first off then it runs but it wants stalls out as soon as i begin to let off the gas and rpm's go down as soon as my foot leaves the gas pedal it stalls out completely if you have any ideas on what could possibly fix the problem. preferably cheaper ones first if there is any of that sort thank you for your time in advanced!
