Wierd Rattling Sound near Powersteering pump/fluid?

I was moving my car today when I noticed a wierd rattling/shaking sound coming from the Powersteering fluid area Near the Belts. I thought it could possibly the power steering pump but im not sure.. I was told that they usually making a whining sound. Thanks.

Hard to say without hearing it. Check the serpentine belt tensioner. Does it seem like it tilts in a little? Look at the gap between the tensioner and the block where it bolts to. The gap should be perfectly even.

The Ford pumps generally do whine due to their design.
