Guy's I have a 1969 Ford mustang. 302 V8 2b single exhaust with 118,000 miles and 10,000 on a rebulit engine. I was just working on the trim of car. When I started the car, the idle became very rough barely running and black smoke started to flow out of rear tailpipe. Gas started to flow out of carburetor through the fuel filter and gasket between the carburetor and manifold and out from the carburetor itself. Could this be due to me changing the fuel filter and it's not the correct one or bad? I bought the filter from pep boy's and was looked up to find the correct one. The car was running fine all day then this just came out of blue. What you think? Thanks Under
