Ok. So my clutch fan won't come on and that's causing the car to overheat. I also think there might be something wrong with the waterpump. Is there a fuse for the clutch fan?

Unplug the wires from the fan and test them with a volt meter. Some cars have 2 fans, one that runs constantly and one that turns on when temp is above certiant level. Test both wit car running!Watch da fingers you might need them later on in life! If there is 2 fans 1 will get a voltage reading(between 11.75 and 12.75 volts) right away, if the other doesnt get a reading when temp guage gets to the higher section your fan might be burnt out. The easier way to tell if your fans/fan is good is to locate the posotive wire and cut it run a wire from the battery to the side of the cut wire that connects to the fan. If the fan turns on one of your relays are bad. If not the fan is bad. USE a butt connector to splice wire back toghter and wrap with generous amount of electrical tape to ensure it wont ground out later.
