2007 Mustang Gt. [Help]

Okay. I have a 2007 Mustang.
This isn't really Difficult at all.

I hit My Rear Tire On a curb/tpye of thing. And Now my rear Tire Squeaks when I come stop.

Can anyone Tell me what I broke/Bent, So I can get this replaced.

Depending on how hard you hit it, It coud be a wheel or an axle flange or both. I would raise the rear of the car up and spin that tire around and see if you can see anything wobbling around.

Well. I hit it Kind Of Hard. But Not real bad super hard. And it started Squaking about a week later after it happend. How much do you think it would cost to get something alone the lines of this to get fixed.

Yeah go ahead and Give me the worse.

[this sucks so much because, my car is brand new 2007]

It is really hard to say. The best case would be it just needs a wheel at a coupe of hundred bucks for a remanufactured one. But if it needs an axle I am sur your are going to be looking at alot more. You could try and move that wheel to the front or put the spare tire on and see if your noise is gone.

Just being Curious. Why does it only do it when I come to a stop and Not all the Time?

Maybe something to do with that wheel being put under pressure from braking. If it is an axle it maybe that the rear brake caliper(if 4 wheel disc)is moving back and forth making the noise.

You know. I really think thats it. Im not Clueless on cars. But I wanted Opinions for other People to I guess. Friday. Im taking to THe shop to really find out. And Ill let you know whats up.
